The Sheffield Thrive on Main committee, in association with Cornerstone Community Wellness, appreciates the importance of actively working to reinvigorate Sheffield businesses and has developed a Building Facade Improvement Grant (BFIG) to provide direct investment to improve buildings and encourage private investment. Building improvements can require significant investment by property owners and/or retailers. Through a competitive process, the Building Facade Improvement Grant is offering reimbursement grants to Sheffield business property owners and/or commercial tenants. We hope this program serves to provide meaningful incentives to private investments while enhancing our beautiful community.
